[Fiware-incense-coaching] INCENSe 2nd A.P.- Issue

Hi.

My name  is Juan Cabello.

Currently, I'm checking Fiware because Aeorum company is involved in the
INCENSe 2nd ACCELERATION PROGRAMME (Helioxcan project).

We are going to integrate Fiware considering a database point of view and I
have some doubts/problems for you (user: carmen at aeorum.com):

1) I could not create a Blueprint instance. I used differents
configurations for the tier (centos, ubuntu, mysql, mongo) but it was
impossible. Always the same error appears:

"Success: Blueprint Instance DATABASE01 status.
Description: Create environment DATABASE01
Status: ERROR
Error: Infrastructure error Error interacting with OpenStack Error creating
server: String index out of range: -10"


2) We are going to use Mongo database but the SW repository has only an old
version (2.4.9). We need a newer version, is it prossible to request a new
version for a pre-installed SW?
