[Fiware-incorporation-new-nodes] Pre-funding and commercial nodes

Dear all,

This message is addressed to the new nodes winners of the open call. The rest can safely ignore it.

We have been struggling  to obtain from the EC some sort of "preliminary technical acceptance" of the work reflected in the DoW for the new nodes joining as a result of the Open Call  but this seems complex to get and being practical they are going to accept it in a definite way when they approve the amendment.

Being realistic, I would like to clarify what you can expect:

  *   As the amendment is taking much longer than expected, pre-funding will not come before the start of October
  *   On 1/Oct we should have all the commercial nodes up and running. All of you chose this date or an earlier one, we have not been too pushy until now but 1/Oct  is a really serious check point(of course, nothing precludes from opening before!). This was one requirement of the Open Call, in fact I can anticipate that we would be in trouble to pay the pre-funding if there were no evidences of a given partner/node not fulfilling this.
