[Fiware-incorporation-new-nodes] FI-Core CA for your legal departments

Dear all,

I attach the FI-Core CA (Consortium Agreement) for your legal
departments. As you are aware, one of the formal requirements to get
finally incorporated to FI-Core is to adhere to it.

This version cannot be the one that you will sign because the ongoing
amendment implies adding 3 new partners to it. This is going to be the
only difference between the one I attach and the one that you will get
for signature. In summary, it is suitable for your legal departments to
check. So if you please start looking into this we will ensure that the
CA signature is not a blocker when the time comes.

Additionally, you know that signing the PPP CA (Collaboration Agreement)
is also a must. I am going to contact CONCORD, the project of the PPP
that manages this. I will report back the procedure once I get their
instructions.
