Dear Riccardo, dear all.

You´re right and the Accession Form is not clear. You will find attached an editable file. We´ve slightly modify it to include the signature of Telefónica just as a  receipt confirmation (as Aalto University does with the Collaboration Agreement)

In the CA signed there´s not a date for the Final Version, it´s just the Final version.... It was signed by the parties in different dates. We´ve included in the attached form the date in which Telefónica, as Coordinator, signed it.

Dear Miguel,

just few questions that I suppose will be useful also for the other new partners to correctly manage and speed up the signature procedure:

  1.  is there an editable version of the accession page/form for the PPP CA and the FI-Core CA (i.e., a .doc(x) version as for the MoC) or should we copy&paste the text from the PDF into a document and format it as the page appears in the PDF by ourselves?
  2.  can you kindly tell us what we should specify as "[identification of final version of the CA]" in the FI-Core CA Declaration of Accession? Perhaps "version Final Version" as in the header, or "version made on 16th of September, 2.014" as in pag. 1, or both?
  3.  still for the Declaration of Accession in the FI-Core CA, can you kindly tell us also the data related to the Telefonica legal representative that we have to insert for the Coordinator entry?

Please read very carefully the instructions in this message and follow them strictly. We will save a lot of trouble and iterations if you do it.

Please provide the information requested in the attached document "Procedures.docx". I wrote this summary to avoid a long message and make it easier for you to understand what we need from you. The documents involved are (see the attached zip file):

  *   PPP CA: the PPP Collaboration Agreement is a document that all the members of all the projects in the PPP Programme have to sign. This includes FI-Core members.
  *   MoC: all the partners are requested to sign  the MoC between FI PPP Programme and EIT ICT Labs.
  *   FI-Core CA: the FI-Core Consortium Agreement is the framework document that regulates our relations as a consortium. All the new FI-Core members must sign it. Note that since the signature of the initial one we have incorporated more partners (so it is longer that the one in the enclosed document). The new ones incorporated via Amendment 1 (the previous amendment, in force now) are:

     *   UNIVERSIDAD DE LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA
     *   ADEVICE SOLUTIONS S.L.
     *   IHUB.EU EEIG
     *   FUNDACION IMDEA SOFTWARE

The next steps once all this is complete (not dealt with in this message) will be the collection of figures of effort/costs (this we've done it already with most of you) and the signature of the docs associated to the amendment. This should, at last, end with all the paperwork.

Caveat for the MoC: After one week of wait, CONCORD has not been able to confirm the contact for legal doubts with the MoC. So if you have any send them to Riikka and I am sure that she will kindly manage or re-route them internally in Aalto or provide the right contact once it is identified - we cannot put this off any longer. I will try to confirm the contact person/address to send the MoC ASAP.
