[Fiware-incorporation-new-nodes] Pending items for new nodes

Dear Miguel

From our side, we have a commercial node up and running already and can open it up immediately. We are waiting for the paperwork, rules and legal stuff to be finalized (trademarks of FIWARE released from Telefonica). As soon as those issues are clear, we can start.
