thank you for your question.

yes, it is possible to give a proxy also to individual members.

please note that the person proxied will get full attorney rights from the
proxier for what will be decided in the general assembly, thus the proxied
person being liable for any consequence of the decisions taken by the ga
regardless the person voted for or not with the decisions themselves.
