[Fiware-iot] Overview of future FI-OSC

Dear all,

As discuss during the last IoT weekly meeting, here is the draft of my presentation on FIWARE Sustainability explaining what are the governance rules for FI-OSC (Open Source Community) and some open questions regarding communications or OS license models.

Your feedbacks are welcome.

In addition please note in your agenda that we have a meeting tomorrow Tuesday 21st at 1PM to discuss issues about stopping or justifying continuation of some GEs activities. As explained in the email last Friday, there is no dedicated topic for IoT but if you are involved as a partner for some other GEs, be sure that the GE owners are aware of that and that they can attend the meeting tomorrow. Normally they should receive information from the different chapter leaders but regarding the short notice and that people could be on vacations, I prefer to rely the message to all of you.
