What is the current licence status for IoT discovery, IoT broker and IDAS?
Miguel wants this to be filled for today

Dear all,

I went to the doc and found a nasty surprise. The only one who finished his/her part was Data. Incidentally, Santiago, I added comments that need addressing.

I will refrain from adding negative karma to all except this one and will extend the deadline until today at 6:00pm. At that point in time , a single cell blank in column E will imply a negative score.

There is a bit of a mess with the licenses and I cannot find a central place to express what licenses we have. Going one by one on the catalogue is not particularly agile. As the last one I am aware of was created for R3 in the previous project, we'd better create a new one.

The idea is clear in the header. We sometimes get lost in the mumbo jumbo of long winded sentences. We just want 1) a sentence that makes it clear that it is free to use for external parties 2) the exact license that applies.

For the moment, I just want the license for everyone (please avoid all the nonsense of "A applies to PPP, B applies to accelerators and C applies to anyone on the internet adopting this")

Deadline: Monday at 10:00 am (Same as the other request today)
