[FIWARE-IoT] FIWARE IoT roadmap, inputs required

Dear all,

It is very interesting to start the discussion related to the evolution
of the IoT Agents.

For sure we have to migrate to the starting defined C3IM but for now it
is important the migration to NGSI v2 due to in short time v1 does not
work anymore. It is also important to discuss what is the new
functionalities related to IoT Broker and probably IoT Discovery and see
if we should include CEPHEUS or just use the component from the Data
chapter as well.

In the same way, I think that should be very interesting the inclusion
of the lightweight Context Broker in order to be executed in system with
very low capacity (e.g. Arduinos or RaspberryPI).

Regarding the IoT Agents, it is a similar case of the Orion component,
we have to start to see how to contribute to the component and then
start to define more serious contributions.

Last but not least, and apparently related to the introduction of C3IM,
we have to take care about the functionalities that were introduced in
the FI-Next DoA.
