Dear partners,

This is to share with you a summary of the next steps for the proposal
preparation as we agreed today.

- Innopay will update their budget by reviewing the PMs allocated to them
within the spreadsheet

changes to be implemented will respect the total *limit of 5,5Mio of EC
Grant Contribution*. To be done not later than Monday 4th EOD (Rajiv will
do)
- All partners will fill the admin from

- All partners will fill the partner profile

- FIWARE Foundation will prepare a draft of WP1 and WP5 (Experiments
implementation) following the WP-template

- INNOPAY will prepare a 1-page analysis on how the experiments might
contribute to achieve the impact described as  *average 30% annual increase
in the sales of the incubated companies *To be done not later than Tuesday
5th EOD
- FIWARE Foundation will prepare a draft description of the Ambition of the
project (section 1.4.) including the references to CEF (maximum 3 pages) To
be done not later than Thursday 7th EOD

I will start drafting during the weekend. I will come back to you with
specific requests if needed.
