[fiware-itrust-proposal] iTrust proposal - Status and final to-do's

Dear partners,

This is to inform you about the status of the proposal up to now.

We have prepared a draft of all the main sections of the proposal. You can
find all the drafts here

There are still pending some adjustments and fine tuning in section 1 and
section 3 but the main content is already there.

Please, make sure you review the drafts and include you last contributions
before Monday 19h00 PM. We will integrate all the files in the final
proposal after that moment.
