[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Guidelines for Kilo deployment

Dear all,
please find the link to the kilo deployment guidelines as discussed with
the cloud chapter:

Ideally, Spain will be the first one to migrate and the other "official"
nodes (Trento, Lannion, Zurich) should follow once we have documented
needed tips and tricks.

Within respect the previous set-up you may find some differences.
- murano+heat
- swift required

These differences are motivated by the requirements by new development of
the FIWARE Cloud chapter.
