[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Fwd: Users informations needed

Hej,

AFAIK; this information is NOT available to us (infrastructure nodes). You can via the cloud portal (logon as your cloud admin credentials) [1] send an email to any tenant, using the tenant id. However, you do not see the mail, and unless the user answers to you (via an email address that you provided in the note), you are on your own.

The reason, as I understood it, is that the user database is created and stored in Spain, and their legal requirements prevents them to share this information with us...

Now, I guess we all have legal requirements to work with.  In our case we need to be able to identify the user, if they are using a public IP, possibly any resource at our node. So my planned approach would be to require all users that have an account with our node, to send a separate email to us with the information we need (this should have been done at the FLUA request yes, but...) And if they do not supply this, refuse or just do not answer, their resources are suspended and eventually removed...

How can i have email address or name and organisation detail form the cloud portal from a tenant?
