Dear All, you may have realized that I have gone through FLUA tickets. Yesterday with Alfonso we realized that for some reason the user email was not stored anymore since few days. Does I analyzed all tickets are retrieved it where possible (only 3 tickets are without email, and coach affected have been notified in Jira). I took care to re-send message to users that because of that didn't get any email from you. Now the situation is restored.
