[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] migration - two points (1) contacting users and (2) volume migration

Hi all,

As you probably know, we are trying to migrate users from Icehouse
to Kilo.

We mentioned it on the call this morning, but did not get any clear
direction (although we did not push tbh). We want to contact users
of the system to let them know that this is going ahead and then
we need to contact users specifically when we are migrating their
VMs. We envisage the following process:
- General email to users of Zurich FIWARE node indicating that
this will happen over the coming weeks
-- this is a heads up and gives them the opportunity to raise issues
if necessary
- Specific email to individuals when we plan to move their VMs
-- this will be a couple of days before we envisage moving it
-- if we get no feedback in the couple of days, we will act and let
them know the new co-ordinates
- Final email to all users indicating the process is over

(I guess that's pretty much standard).

We have issues however:
- we don't know how to contact all our users
-- does anyone know how to do this?
- we don't know how to contact users of a specific VM
-- what is the best approach to do this?

On a second point: has anyone managed to migrate a volume
from Icehouse to Kilo and put it in the same tenant in the new
system - I think this is not trivial.

Any thoughts/pointers appreciated.
