[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] [Fiware] Migrate a VM from a user account to another (both users with domain name Com4Innov)

Hello Alvaro, all,

We have two VMs running in our Sophia Antipolis node and we would like 
to change the user account who can access/modify them in the fiware 
cloud portal. The first user account is the one who created them and we 
would like to give the authority to the second user.

Please note that both users accounts, the source and the destination, 
have domain name Com4Innov, are employers in Com4Innov. So it will be an 
internal migration.

Could this be done through the Fiware cloud portal interface or through 
the command line in openstack?
