The proposal to extend the period till September is quite reasonable for me (I’m sure you know better then me future project plan) but, if you believe that there are very good chance to extend the project, maybe it could be better extend the period till December in order to avoid 2 "rush period" within a few months…

Yesterday evening I had the chance to dispatch with Juanjo for ... 4 hours! And among the many, many things that I asked was this one since Fernando was telling me that it was an issue.
Juanjo was proposing to extend it until September for those applying for an extension. It makes sense because this a major milestone of the project.

I’d like to share with you an update regarding the issue about expiring/expired Community Account.
I raised such issue to Stefano (WP Leader) and in a few words his proposal is to ask users affected by the expiration if they want to continue using FIWARE Lab. If they reply, then we should give them 9 more month by default.
As I said, that is in a few words the proposal, but it is on us how to do that in technical terms… I'm sure there are different ways to reach the same goal.
For instance:
- Is there a chance to create a script that send automatic emails to all Community Users (those who are close to the expiring date) informing them that within 10, 5, 0…days their account expire and if they want to continue using FIWARE Lab they must open a ticket for the target node ?
