[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] FI-Health tests showing "skipped" status today

Hi all,

On a related note, it seems that the infographics:

http://status.lab.fiware.org/

are showing a lot of nodes down - it seems to be
the ones that have not moved to the new monitoring
system.

As it does not affect us, we're not going to do anything,
but some folks might be interested in looking into it ;-)

BR,
Seán.

You can click on any line in the report, and it will show under
"Details":

Error in initialization phase: Error in initialization phase:
resources from previous executions not released

This happened to our site (ZurichS) a few times when we had
intermittent issues (temporarily broken configuration etc.).

Good question! In some cases I removed stray resources from my cluster
myself and then raised the issue with Fernando, in other cases it
eventually resolved "by itself" - although I assume Fernando or
another colleague had to take some action.

I'm not sure what the best procedure is to quickly become "green"
again. Would be good to know!

Best regards,

Simon.
