[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] New release 5.2.1 of FI-Health

Dear all,

We have published the Release 5.2.1 of the FI-Health, it is the reason why you see some inestable behaviour in the execution of them. Now it is all configured to work properly. This this the resume of the new functionalities.

FIWARE Health Release 5.2.1

Changelog

FIHealth Dashboard v1.4.0:
- Add FIWARE SignOut library.
- Fix checkstyle to avoid JShint errors.
- Add filter list to configuration.

FIHealth Sanity Checks v1.4.0:
- Adding new region: Trento2.
- Fix some minor bugs when sending email notifications.
- Add new information to the mails sent to subscribers.
- Change log messages when receiving phonehome signals.
- Get nova console logs from VMs and write them to a separate file.
