[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Old nodes deletion

Hi all, 

we are going to remove all references (admin users, endpoints, etc) of old nodes in FIWARE Lab Keystone. This is the list of nodes we are going to remove: 

Budapest
Stockholm
Stockholm2
Lannion
Berlin
Berlin2
Karlskrona
Waterford
Waterford2

If we don’t receive any objection, we will proceed next Friday 26th.
