Dear all,
I know that in these days all of us are very busy on different matters, but I've received the following communication about the new maintenance calendar tool (the tool mentioned during last meeting by Silvio and me), thus if you have time to test it, we could talk about during next meeting.

To every infrastructure owner in FIWARE Lab.

FI-OPS chapter (FITOOLKIT and FIDASH enablers) has created a tool for centralized maintenance events reporting, called maintenance calendar. It is accessible as a calendar widget inside FIDASH application. It does not yet send emails (though it can be don in near future), but does create an ICS calendar<http://130.206.113.159:8085/api/v1/ics/maintenanceCalendarFiwareLab> that can be integrated in any mail/calendar application such as Outlook, Mail, Google Calendar (refreshes every 24h refresh ;-( ), etc.

FIDASH is accessible at https://dash.lab.fiware.org<https://dash.lab.fiware.org/>. You can enter with any FIWARE Lab of the IdM. Infrastructure Owner accounts have been granted admin rights on their specific region (if more accounts are to be granted, please contact Miguel Jiménez at mjimenez at fi.upm.es<mailto:mjimenez at fi.upm.es>).

1st time you enter on the platform you'll find an empty dashboard. Please click on the + sign and select Calendar widget by clicking the + on the corner of the widget. You'll see an interface similar to this in attachment.

You'll see on white the lines you're authorized to create/modify events.

Double clicking creates, click on one enables modifications (move, drag edges). Horizontal zooming is done pressing Shift while moving mouse wheel, and horizontal dragging moves the dates shown. You can find a thorough guide on the usage of FIDASH and this widget on the user guide<https://github.com/fidash/fiware-fidash/blob/master/docs/user_guide/user_guide.md>.

Since it has not yet published, there is no risk on creating fake events.

I would be very grateful if you could try and send me your impressions to mjimenez at fi.upm.es<mailto:mjimenez at fi.upm.es>, specially errors, suggestions, and overall feedback.

Thanks and kind regards,
Alfonso

Dear all,
In FIWARE Ops chapter, a new calendar tool has been developed for keeping track of the maintenance periods of the different nodes.
In order to enable you to create events on that calendar, you should provide the main account used for login on FIWARE Lab.

At this link the table to fill in:
