[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] [support] partially ok status for zurich for feb 24 - why?

Hi Sean,

Related to your questions, I had a look into the monitoring system and I can tell you that:

a) About issues regarding many nodes in grey during latests days, we see that it is solved, some nodes was not sending recent updated data. In any case we increased a bit the time window to consider the node/services OK.

b) About “partially ok” on Zurich during February 24, as you can see from the screenshot attached (it is difficult to understand in detail the motivations) in the master monitoring node we have few sanity check for Zurich which were bad during the night and the averaged percentage of the day was of ~77%.

Just for completion, infographic shows in the calendar the following colours based on the sanity check day average:
	- red: 0% <= sanityChk DayAverage < 50%
	- yellow: 50% <= sanityChk DayAverage < 90%
	- green: 90% <= sanityChk DayAverage <= 100%
