[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Cloud portal problem on creating an instance

Hi,

I've been testing this with a few regions. Spain2 works, but many other regions (SophiaAntipolis, Budapest2, Zurich...) don't work. The button "Next" does nothing as Riwal stated. The button "Cancel" doesn't do anything either (with the exception of the Spain2 region).
