[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] issues deploying kilo with fuel

Hi all,

We're having issues deploying Kilo with Fuel. Our deployment
is basic (3 controllers, 2 compute, 1 storage) and we've tried a few
different variants (mainly relating to whether we use Ceph and what
specifically it does).

We have not been able to successfully complete a deployment. At
the very end of the process, we encounter an error in the final checks.
(This generally happens after all nodes are in the 'ready' state, but
Fuel is doing some last checks). The issue relates to a final check
performed on Ceph (see image linked to below).

Has anyone else seen such problems? Anyone know how serious
they are?
