@Ilknur are you using the FUEL 7.0 for the deployment? With this deployment
tool you shouldn't have such issue.
I don't think there is the possibility to use two separted dashboards.
Anyway the final point is to use the Fiware-lab dashboard, so if you are
able to test Murano without the dashboard - and if Murano is working fine -
you can go on.

@Sean, I've never seen that issue and it seems confined to Ceph. Of course
if all the components are working you have a good starting point.
