[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Performance problem in the FI-Health Monitoring CB

Hi Pablo,

There is no abnormal subscriptions to my local CB,  i only have a count 
of 22 results, execepted 3 subscriptions having a "value" field empty, 
is it normal  ?
