[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] New Monitoring System: officially released

Hello,

We are currently installing the new monitoring system and we've two 
questions :

  - What is the "MONASCA_API" that we have to put ?

|monasca://http://MONASCA_API:8070/v2.0|

  - In which section of /etc/ceilometer/ceilometer.conf should we have 
to add the line below :

|metering_connection = monasca://http://MONASCA_API:8070/v2.0|
