[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] User authorized to access any region

Dear Bruno,

Sorry for the response too late I was on holidays till yesterday. I do not understand the question due to if the node is available to be selected from the Cloud Portal, it would be potentially selected by a user.

I put in cc to Álvaro if it could be a potential security issue that should be resolved.

Subject: [Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] User authorized to access any region

Hi all,

Yesterday we noticed that an user has created a VM on Zurich2 region a couple of days ago even though this region is not production ready as yet.
Investigating a bit further we found out that this user is not associated to any region - "Authorized regions" parameter is missing on user info - which could lead the user to have access to all regions in the system.

Has anybody seen this situation before and could advice how to proceed?
Naturally, we would prefer not to have a user VM active in a system which we are still in the process of testing.
