[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] New release of FI-Health tool

Hi Fernando,

I have still  11  health tests failing for the SophiaAntipolis node when 
trying to subscribe to them  when logged as admin-c4 user, i cannot see 
any difference since the "refresh" button is inactive on the web page :



Do you have any idea ? has this user account got  all the credentials to 
run those health check tests ?
