Dear Jens-Christian,
The summary seems to be that you propose to subtract part of the agreed
capacity from the Lab. This is unfortunately in contradiction with the
agreements reached long ago so I would tend not to accept it.
The question is why we have this node underutilized when there are so
many users demanding capacity in the Lab. It may be the case that after
the surge of activity in the 3rd stage of the PPP Programme things got
quieter now, but the resources will hopefully be demanded at some point
an they should be ready to be used.
