[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Fiware LAB SP Brazil - upgrade status

Dear all,

We have working hard to upgrade our FIWARE node in july, but in Brazil we are on  vacation period and we had problems with our storage node.   

We will need more two weeks to finish our work because of these problems.

The new return forecast for FIWARE node operations is August 14th.
