[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] R: Status in infographics page

Dear Fabio,

Excellent news.

In case of federation of the new node, i put in cc Alvaro Alonso from
the Cloud Portal side, due to we have to get the service endpoint of
your node in the same way that we need to configure the OpenStack
services to deal with the central Keystone. After it, we need to update
the Sanity Check configuration parameters.

But the first steps is the creation of an user that I can use in order
to make a manual test on your node and generate a report that will be
use afterward to activate the federation activities both by Álvaro and
myself.
