[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Fiware Lab issues

Dear all,

It is true, there is a problem with the DB system regarding the Keystone component and
the obtention of tokens is not working properly. It produces a chain reaction to each of
the services related to Keystone.

We are working to resolve the issue asap since last week but not all the services are recovered yet.
