[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] Fiware Lab issues

Dear all,

We have recover the functionality of the Keystone and also the Sanity Checks. I have launched for testing
purposes the tests and you can see the results. The next planned execution is in 1 or 2 hours automatically,
Therefore we will see if the system is stable to go on alone.
