[Fiware-lab-federation-nodes] R: Cloud Portal Downtime

Dear all,

I've tested the migration of the Cloud Portal with Spain2 node and it 
seems to be ok.

The IP of the new portal is 109.234.71.202 -- The DNS is changed and it 
will propagate to everybody in the near hours.

If you have some kind of FIREWALL rules, you should allow that IP to 
your FIREWALL configurations.
