[Fiware-lab-help] FI-LAB Assistance

Hey there!

I'm having issues with our FI-Ware instance:

I tried to create snapshot. The instance is performing the task "image_snapshot" for a few days now and I'm neither able to login nor able to reboot the instance or cancel the task. Can you help me out here?
