About 2: Sorry but no VNC is supported by now. It will be supported in
the future.
About 3: CIDR is the network or the IPs you want, but this is an old
basic concept
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classless_Inter-Domain_Routing or RFC1518
and RFC159 if your prefer).
About 6: That's only useful if you use putty, and putty can import these
.pem files. I mean this is putty dependant (Is it puttygen? or something
like that?).

About 1, 4 and 5 I agree.
