[Fiware-lab-help] Dúvidas sobre a plataforma!

Hola,

Efectivamente, de tratarse de una consulta sobre un GE no existente en FI-LAB se trataría de un usuario que está haciendo un uso incorrecto de la lista fiware-lab-help y habría que redigirle al sitio que comentas.

Ahora bien, en el caso concreto de esta persona, no creo que hayamos llegado todavía al punto de entender si se está refiriendo a algo del FI-LAB o a un GE independiente. Voy a hacer un segundo intento con el tema de la captura, a ver si nos arroja algo de luz...

Como lo veo yo, y me puedo equivocar. En el catálogo tenemos un link para que den de alta tickets sobre GEs concretos. Esto está funcionando y yo diría que habría que echarlos para sus trackers en jira que corresponda, no podemos cargar con todo el "dolor" del proyecto en esta lista. Si hay un pufo en el marketplace (o el GE que sea en cada caso), que su owner el que se responsabilice de su criatura, ¿no?
