Dear Michel,

Yes, you can access to FI-LAB. It is open to everybody and you only need an email to get an account.

However, if you belong to a PPP Use Case project (as I guess, given your mention to FI-CONTENT) you can also access to the FI-PPP testbed that it some cases could be a more proper environment (pe. in FI-PPP you have GEis available that has not been yet deployed in FI-LAB, e.g. the CEP GEi).
