Thanks for contacting us.

For technical questions related to FI-Lab is always best to contact the dedicated mailing list that we refer to on http://lab.fi-ware.org/. The contact form on our web page has a different scope and it is read by a different team who cannot help you directly.  It is fine to use it but it adds a delay, if  I was you I would use iware-lab-help at lists.fi-ware.org to ensure a faster response.

I forward your question to my colleagues who should be able to answer.

Sorry for all the trouble and I hope that this will get resolved soon.
