[Fiware-lab-help] Error by allocating a ip to project

Buenas, me he creado una instancia y leí las siguientes instrucciones:
 Connect using a SSH client
------------------------------

You need to associate a Floating IP to this Instance in order to connect
via SSH.


   1. Go to Security -> Floatings IPs
   2. If you have not any Floating IP available, allocate a new one to the
   project.
   3. Associate a Floating IP to this Instance.

 Pero cuando pulso en "allocate ip to project" me sale  el siguiente error:
*Error: *undefined. Cause: unknow

Mi usuario es el de esta dirección de correo electrónico.
