Hi folks, sorry for spam to those of you who are not able to fix this problem, but I wasn't able to find a better contact and the self-service option didn't work for me (request got stuck in the moderation queue). List managers, could you please change the subscribed e-mail address from xifi-support at cesnet.cz to xifi-fi-ware-help at cesnet.cz? That way we won't be burning the time of seven employees, but just that of one on-duty person. We're requesting this change because the solution for a real helpdesk is not ready yet. The other e-mail is still valid as a contact address for those issues which are relevant to CESNET and our XIFI node in Prague. The xifi-fi-ware-help contact is not to be used outside of this mailing list. Thanks for your understanding, Jan
