Dear Kari,

This has an easy explanation. You are trying to access the Testbed (restricted to the Fi-WARE Program - formerly known as PPP Program).

Fi-Lab is here: https://lab.fi-ware.org/ and there you can apply for a free account without this restriction.

However, this query is useful, the text you copy is unclear and it should provide the previous link, I will try to change it soon. Thanks for that.

I cannot find where I can request an account as it suggests above, as it always refers me back to the same page, please could you help me to get a login to use the platform?
