[Fiware-lab-help] LOCS

Looks like this enabler went out of catalogue. So I guess the reply is:
unfortunately it's not available anymore.

This is something need to be clarified, what to do with such requests?
Meanwhile I will check juanjo's email with all the details on supported GEs.
