[Fiware-lab-help] Problem with fiware vm instance

Hello, I am Jeronimo from Smartaxi, we have a problem with a virtual
machine instance, it was working two days ago but since yesterday it is in
SHUT OFF state and we can't switch it on. We tried rebooting and now it is
stuck in REBOOTING

Data about the instance:

Private IP 10.0.3.105
Public IP 130.206.83.154
