When you shut down cloud-based VMs, although all our applications are deployed as services, these services are not able to be restored thus implying us to be forced to restore everything "by hands". This is the third or fourth time I kindly ask you to advise us before any maintenance activity or to set up a bulletin that would inform involved organizations about a "cloud shutdown".
