[Fiware-lab-help] problems creating instances on new account and questions re images/flavors

Hi Team Fi-Lab,

I'm very familiar with OpenStack but I have had a problem launching my
first Fi-lab instance after signing up for fi-lab last week.

After launching a small Ubuntu 14.04 instance it is showing an State of
ERROR and power state NO STATE.

Trying to terminate this instance I'm now waiting but it's stuck in the
'deleting' task. The single floating IP is attached and I can't get it
back until it finishes deleting...

Just tried launching another tiny Centos instance and have the same
result - status ERROR when reaching the networking task this time and
power state of NO STATE.

So are there any known problems right now with creating instances at
fi-lab ? Any idea what's wrong ?

I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

Also, is it possible to get access to larger flavors, please ? The
single cpu and 1GB RAM flavor won't run a lot of the Fi-Ware images very
well... too small.

Also, can we upload an image to the cloud like you usually can with
OpenStack, please ? I have a freebsd image that I'd like to use for
networking support.

Thanks and best regards,

Robin
