[Fiware-lab-help] R: [FINESCE WP4] Dev VM (10.0.4.236 - 130.206.85.6) has been shut off by someone not belonging to WP4

Dear All,
 from this morning we have been facing the same problem of Friday 28
November (the VM status is SHUTOFF), and we cannot restart the DEV VM
(10.0.4.236 - 130.206.85.6).

Dear Jose,
I think you are wrong. Although the cloud portal was showing SHUT OFF, I
tried to reboot it, and now I am in (SSH).

Personally, I can tell you that the issues have been multiplying in the last
two weeks and of course the operation is strictly affected by this.
