[Fiware-lab-help] [Outbarriers] VM in shut off state

Hi,

  I'm JM Robles, we my patner Adrian we won the 3th Prize of Smart Society
Challenge
  in Sevilla.

  Yesterday I spent 3 hours setting up a VM in Spain Region.

  This morning the machine was in SHUTOFF state.

  I've tried to reboot, but the state still being shutoff

  Any idea?

  I know Spain region is out of space, but I can't find other region
  where I can launch a new instance or alloc an IP address.
