[Fiware-lab-help] Urgent: fiware VM not working

Hello,
I am adria from Smartaxi, we have a problem with a virtual machine instance
again, it was working yesterday but now it is in SHUT OFF state and we
can't switch it on. We tried rebooting and now it is stuck in REBOOTING. We
need this VM very *URGENT* because we will have a demo on 18th of december.

Data about the instance:

Private IP 10.0.3.105
Public IP 130.206.83.154
